Dear Friends and Valued Partners,

I am truly grateful for the dedication and commitment to our customers that our team has shown over the past month and a half. I’ve always been proud of our team and the work they do for our customers. There has never been a more critical time than now, for us to show up and perform for our customers as an essential part of the supply chain and logistics industry.

We have learned a lot over the last handful of weeks about COVID-19 and how we can best prepare and respond to the effects of this global pandemic. While it feels like there are more questions than answers at times, we continue to look to the CDC, the WHO, and state and local officials for guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our team members, as we continue to operate as an essential business. The safety of our team members remains our top priority and we continue to revise our internal processes as necessary to ensure we can maintain a safe and healthy environment for them.

All of our facilities have been and will continue to practice increased cleaning and sanitizing initiatives. We continue to advise employee’s to stay home if they show any flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. We are happy to report that we have not had any direct impact to our workforce due to a COVID-19 diagnosis and our operational teams continue to report to work and maintain a high level of productivity, ensuring that our customers supply chains continue to move forward.

We have also rolled out a temperature screening process for all employees prior to beginning their shift. In coordination with the screening process we have also secured an inventory of disposable and reusable masks that we have handed out to employees as an added layer of protection and sanitation.

All non-essential employees continue to work remotely, in the operations we are staggering breaks, working in shifts and restructuring work spaces to create 6 ft. perimeters where possible.

We continue to work with each customer to understand how their supply chain is being impacted and respond according to their needs. As we move forward, we are stepping onto new ground and are committed to support your new ‘normal’. We know the COVID-19 pandemic will have a lasting impact on the supply chain for years to come. Let us help you redesign your supply chain around this new ‘normal’ to include contingency planning, safety stock and inventory reserves. We’re here to help you keep your supply chain moving forward during these challenging times.

We are in this together.  We will get through this together.  Stay safe and be well.

Sincerely,

Mark A. Sell
