The American Diabetes Association-Indiana Chapter leads the fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes and fights for those affected by diabetes. Each year, MD Logistics holds a fundraiser to send children with diabetes to Camp John Warvel. Gleaners Food Bank reaches thousands of people who need assistance. They are the working poor, the unemployed, single parents and the elderly. They are the homeless, the disabled, the mentally ill. They are battered women, victims of disaster and helpless children. Their mission is simple and direct: To lead the fight against hunger. In an effort to reach the Gleaners goal ‘until every bowl is filled’, MD Logistics regularly hosts food drives to benefit the thousands of hungry in the central Indiana area.
