SEKO, a global provider of supply chain solutions, including transportation, logistics and IT solutions, has been recognized as one of the “best of the best” in transportation and logistics in the 25th annual “Quest for Quality” readers’ survey conducted by Logistics Management magazine, a leading trade publication for supply chain professionals. SEKO was acknowledged as a gold winner in the Freight Forwarders category, and is recognized in the publication’s August issue and online.

For a quarter of a century, Logistics Management’s Quest for Quality Award survey has been regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence. To determine the best of the best, its readers – shippers who use various transportation and logistics services – rate transportation service providers strictly on the basis of service quality. The survey is the most comprehensive customer satisfaction survey across all major modes of transportation. Transportation service providers are rated by customers on five key criteria: on-time performance, value, customer service, information technology, and equipment operations.

SEKO is continuously working to provide increased efficiencies for its customers by offering newer and better supply chain management solutions or increasing efficiencies within their business operations and overall supply chain management. SEKO’s efforts were recognized by customers as they were ranked within the top four companies in the categories of providing Information Technology services and overall Customer Service offerings – both critical measurements of supply chain service excellence.
